Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
No, you don’t need to be in shape to start. CrossFit is designed to help you improve your fitness, no matter where you begin. Everyone progresses at their own pace.
How often should I do CrossFit?
Most people start with 3-4 sessions per week, but you can adjust based on your fitness level and goals. Consistency is key!
Will CrossFit help me lose weight?
Yes, CrossFit can be an effective way to lose weight through a combination of strength training, cardio, and high-intensity workouts that burn calories and build muscle.

Classes / Workouts

What does a typical CrossFit class look like?
A typical CrossFit class includes a warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down.
How long is a CrossFit class?
Our classes last approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
Do I need to bring my own equipment to class?
No, all necessary equipment for a workout is provided at the gym. You just need to bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and water.
Will the coach help me with technique during class?
Yes, our coaches are there to guide you through proper technique and ensure you’re doing movements safely and effectively. They’ll also offer modifications if needed.
Is everyone doing the same workout in a class?
Yes, but the workout is scaled to individual fitness levels. While everyone does the same WOD, movements, weights, and intensity are tailored to each person’s ability.
What if I can’t do a movement in the workout?
Coaches will provide modifications or scaled versions of movements to fit your ability. Whether it’s reducing the weight or adjusting the movement, there’s always an option for everyone.
How many people are typically in a CrossFit class?
Class sizes vary, but typically there are between 6-15 participants. This ensures enough personal attention from the coach while still maintaining the energy of a group workout.
Can I do CrossFit with an injury?
Always consult with your healthcare provider first. Our coaches are there to help you modify workouts to accommodate injuries and ensure safe training.
Can I see the workouts ahead of time?
Yes, the week's workouts are posted every Sunday evening for the following week via the Strivee app iOS or Android App Stores.

You can sign up for your free first class through our reservation system (Fliip).

Can I sign up for more than one class a day?
Our members are limited to one class a day, however, we have an open gym available should you wish to workout on your own.
