I went in and visited this box few times while I was in town for a few days and absolutely LOVED IT! The place is clean, the equipments are plenty and up to date.

Their programming seem very thorough consistent and intentional at improving one’s overall fitness goals. Had great time meeting some of their athletes and connecting with their coaches.

The group there was pleasant and welcoming; needless to say that I will most definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area.

I joined CrossFit de l'est 10 months ago, and it was the best decision I ever made.

CFDE is the breath of fresh air I needed. The members are friendly, the staff is personable and professional, and the equipment inventory exceeds expectations. Not to mention the exceptional programming that has allowed me to improve at a rapid pace.
