There are no refunds, except as permitted by the Office of Consumer Protection, and no exchanges or transfers of memberships.

Fliip has taken measures to ensure that your credit information is never stored and that no one, not even the CrossFit de l’Est team, has access to it.

All registered family members can share the plan and attend classes together or separately.
The plan can be shared with all family members living in the same household (same address).
One payment covers all family members under the plan.
The plan is exclusive to registered family members and cannot be transferred to non-family members.
Each family member must have their own account before their first class.
No subscription suspension is offered, except in the case of pregnancy.
For injured individuals, training is adapted by the coaching team to allow continued training in a safe manner.
Subscriptions are therefore not suspended in the event of an injury.
